Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange on eligible items.
Returns are reviewed within 3 business days of arrival. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days, depending on your payment provider’s processing time. You’ll receive email confirmation when the return is complete.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Custom or personalized jackets

Final sale or factory second items

Items that are worn, damaged, wrinkled, or missing tags/packing slip
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, notify us within 2 business days of delivery.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
All items must be returned in secure packaging with the original packing slip. Instructions are provided in the return portal.
Custom Orders & Alterations
Custom jackets are made to your specific measurements and preferences. Our team may suggest adjustments before production based on your provided details to ensure proper fit.

Custom orders are final sale and not eligible for refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placement.
Once production begins or an item has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Custom orders with guaranteed delivery timelines are not eligible for cancellation after submission.
